Students must follow the fixed schedule for leaving and returning to the hostel for classes and essential work.
Each student must sign the daily register before leaving and upon returning to the hostel.
All students must return to the hostel before 6:00 PM. No one is allowed to leave the premises after this time without prior approval.
🍽️ Meals & Food Policy
Meals will be served at fixed times each day.
Students may bring their own food items, but the hostel will not be responsible for their safety or quality.
📝 Admission & Stay Permissions
Every student must be accompanied by a parent or local guardian during the time of admission.
Overnight stays outside the hostel are not allowed. In rare cases, the student’s parent or guardian must personally meet the hostel administration for permission. Phone calls or written requests will not be accepted.
Anyone wishing to meet a student must be accompanied by the student’s parent or local guardian. No telephone or written correspondence will be entertained for outside visitors.
💰 Fee & Payment Policy
Hostel fees must be paid monthly in advance.
Late payments will incur a fine:
🔸 10% fine if paid within the first week after the due date
🔸 15% fine if paid within a month
🔸 25% fine if paid more than a month late
💵 Refund Policy
The refundable deposit submitted at the time of admission will be returned only at the time of leaving the hostel, and only if the student has not committed any disciplinary or criminal offenses.
👨👦 Visitors Policy
Visitors are allowed under certain conditions:
Only during designated hours
Must be accompanied by a parent or local guardian
No overnight visitors are allowed
The number of visitors may be limited depending on hostel policy
🤝 Respect & Conduct
Students must respect each other’s privacy, space, and belongings.
Proper behavior is expected at all times in shared areas like the kitchen, common rooms, and bathrooms.
Noise levels should be kept low, especially during study hours and at night.
🧹 Cleanliness
Students must maintain cleanliness in:
Their rooms
The kitchen after use
Shared bathrooms and common areas
🔐 Security & Safety
Students are expected to cooperate with all hostel security protocols, including:
Locking their rooms when not present
Keeping valuables in a secure place
Reporting any suspicious activity to the warden immediately
⚠️ Disciplinary Actions
Any student found to be engaging in misconduct, violation of rules, or disturbing the peace may face immediate action from the hostel warden or administrator as per the hostel’s code of conduct.
